The story shared regarding us charging for services which were not rendered seems to be untrue. We do have a client with the last name of Martin (first initial is not the same, but could be husband-wife) who was sent to collections after their account was 90 days overdue. The corresponding service was completed and we have the documentation produced from the service.

We found a HUGE rat problem in the crawlspace of our 8-year-old home. After interviewing several companies, we chose Dominion based on their excellent price, eagerness to do a thorough job, and flexibility to meeting some specific requests we had. Every employee showed up on time (or even early) and was pleasant while fixing a filthy problem. The crawlspace cleanout and restoration went smoothly with no mess for me to handle--and they even corrected some ducting problems left behind by our original HVAC installer. We are continuing our relationship with Dominion through their well-priced home protection plan as there is nearby construction and greenbelts.

He arived on time! His customer service was awsome! He was very knowegable! He worked with my schedual (I needed him to come to my rental house before the new renters moved in)! If I have any more pest control isues I will definately call him again!
