Litigation Attorney: As a civil litigation attorney, I represent individuals and businesses across a broad spectrum of disputes, and in state and federal courts in the state of Washington, as well as in industry arbitrations and administrative hearings. I take matters from the pre-filing demand and negotiation stage, through pre-trial practice and trial, and at the appellate level. Aviation Lawyer: In my aviation law practice, I guide aircraft owners, operators, parts-manufacturers, and certificated air carriers in regulatory compliance efforts and in aircraft transactions. I also represent pilots, mechanics, and certificated entities in FAA and NTSB enforcement proceedings. Client Focused: My representation of a client begins with a thorough understanding of the client's desired end-state. That is the guiding principle, whether it be resolving a dispute through litigation or figuring out how to structure a deal. We then develop a course of action that accounts for risks and uncertainties, and applies the right amount of effort to get the job done.
