The company has two divisions that focus on consumer products and ingredients. Its consumer products division produces and markets a line of dairy and other products, primarily through wholesale, retail grocery and foodservice channels. Darigold s ingredients division produces butter, cheese, dry milk powder and whey products. It serves institutions and food brokers and processing companies. The company has facilities in the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho and California. The company has a family of more than 5,000 farmers.
