They waited until last minute to send us all the forms, didn't lock us in on the first day _they_ told us we could (we were ready for weeks) and so we missed the best rate, and they tried to up their fee without telling us. After we called them on these errors, instead of trying to make amends, they dropped us as clients! And this with less than 3 weeks until our closing.
