MY FIRST TIME EVER TO SEND A BALIKBAYAN BOX AND IT ARRIVED IN JUST 1 MONTH IN VERY GOOD CONDITION AND THE BOC DIDN'T OPEN THE BOX CUZ ACCORDING TO THE BAYANI STAFF "BINANTAYAN PO NAMIN" . I WAS WORRIED THAT BOC WILL STEAL SOME OF THE STUFFS LOL..GOOD JOB BAYANI COMMERCIAL! I CANT WAIT TO SEND ANOTHER ONE AND YOU DESERVE THIS HONEST REVIEW... MY DAUGHTER IS SO HAPPY .. I have used Bayani Balikbayan Box service before for many years and I would like to use them again due to convinience of dropping off box to their door. One incident of my complaint was when the delivery person delivered the box he was asking for money after he delivered the box. I told their office about the incident box in response I was told the claim was false. I was disappointed. I am reluctant to ship from them again due to they migh still holding a grude against me and not deliver my box in return of my complaint. or even worse my name would be ban from their office. If I could go back I would. I realy like their service. Depending on the response from them on this review I'll just have to wait and ship from Atlas Shippin for now.

I have been using Bayani for several years now to ship Balikbayan boxes in Quezon City and Bulacan. They have told me every time that depending on ship schedule, it could take at least a month to two months to reach the Philippines. The most recent was October 2012 and the boxes arrived in Bulacan a month later on time for Christmas festivities. I am ready to ship another box this week. I like the Tukwila location from their previous downtown Seattle office because it is more accessible and has adequate parking.

I was disappointed with their service, I delivered my box last Feb. 28 2012 and until now May 4 2012 it still not in the Philippines! that's more than 3 months! Unprofessional! Very Disappointed with this Company!

One of the younger guys who picks up the boxes was a total jerk !! I told him that my condo is 8 minutes by foot from the office..and since he cannot give me an estimate regarding his time of arrival...I asked him to phone me 15 minutes before they get to my place....when my phone rang...he is already in front of the condo !! He even got mad at me and told me that his schedule is tight and he doesnt have time to wait for me! He should be fired by Bayani Commercial ! He is a disgrace to the business!!

I have shipped two boxes already in 2 separate occassions, and both boxes arrived in good condition. Has been very happy with their service.
