Acadia Massage Health Center has been my mainstay for body care for over fifteen years. Raoul can cure my worst “plank-itis” (stiffness)….back, lower back, neck and shoulders with his skillful use of Deep Tissue work, medical massage or applied Kinesiology. As my needs change with whatever I’m going through, he works with me….whether it’s from long hours at work or after riding my horse at home. Raoul is a positive and friendly person. Raoul Montoya is an exceptional massage therapist. Coupled with my own dedication to take good care of myself, I credit Raoul more than anyone else for my good health and well being. He certainly was integral to my successfully retiring from a thirty-four year career as a union, commercial carpenter. I also credit his work on me for helping me avoid serious disease in my darkest hours. Because of a back injury, I need regular body work to stay mobile and healthy.
