Can't believe the lack of courtesy! Made a special trip, WAY out of my way, for a part I have been looking for. On their website they showed they had more than one. When I called and asked the person over the phone said trust the website. They couldn't take the ten seconds to look it up, because I sure took the whole day driving their!!! Really not happy that they would think this is okay.

Came in looking for an engine for my 2002 golf 1.8t, they had the lowest price around, but they didnt have one in stock :(, but they assured me that if I put money down they would get me one in 4-5 days, 5 days later I had a good used engine that runs great, the even have extended warrantees you can purchase for your engine, which is extremely rare for a wrecking yard selling a used engine, but they stand behind their parts.
