We offer several yoga classes (hot yoga, candlelight yoga, beginning to advanced levels, happy hour yoga...just to name a few) each designed around breath work, asana, and meditation. Our instructors are highly trained and our main goal is to bring the beauty of yoga to all in a safe, effective, and joyful manner. Drop-ins are always welcome!
