Formed in 1977, Venture Chemicals explored the commercializing of some basic cellulose and lignite derivatives processing technology, developing and patenting the original core technology for the seepage-loss additives industry. Initial efforts were directed toward the oil and gas industry. Since that time, we have grown and expanded, selling to a wide variety of industries.
