The driveway cashier mostly the men, do not know how to ring up orders. They always lie of you getting your receipt at the front window and when you get to the front window, the male driveway attendant do not even know how to check your order. The order is incorrect and the management at night do not even answer the phone. The McDonald is in serious need of good customer service help. The male staff need to be re-trained on customer service and on ringing up orders properly. Management wake up and do your job and provide better service.
