this is an excellent gym. i have been a member for over a year, and won't go anywhere else. i recently checked out a clubfitness, and was very disappointed with them. you get what you pay for, as usually is the case. if you want a pool, spend your time fighting Rehoboth traffic to get to the Y. Me, no way! The people are friendly, the gym is immaculate and bright. Locker rooms are pristine and spacious. The equipment is well cared for, and having a women's area with a Smith rack and free weights is fantastic.I can't say enough good things about Powerhouse in Seaford!

The prices are out of control compared to the gym equipment they offer. I was highly disappointed when i went to see the size of the gym. The new equipment is nice but there is nothing else offered ex. sauna, racquet ball, basketball, or a pool.

Very small gym. Prices are too high for the quality that you get.
