Great place!!!! I went there with lil hope of getting a car, I have shaky credit and a repo on my record and Tommy the salesman made me feel comfortable about it, and he took me on the lot showed me my choices and I decided from there, I had a 30 day bumper yo bumper warranty and I took advantage of it with no questions.asked, they fixed everything I asked them to....I would highly recommend this place to anyone in my same situation.....thanks hopkins for giving me a chance when other dealers wouldn't!!!!

Went to Hopkins in Salisbury from the time we walked in the building there was no sales person to greet us had to find someone that was in the office she I guess paged the sale guys we sat there for 15 mins before. All of them just starting coming out like a squad team then we had and appointment with the head of sales person he just brushed us off like we was nothing then the sale person we got was really awesome any I had to keep going back cause they didn't want to put me in what I went there for the had my money and didn't want to give it back finally after two weeks n me having to take my brother up there with me I got my money back and then the owner got really nasty with me we had some words I would not recommend Hopkins in Salisbury to anyone there service is horrible they let us sit there all day no one even offer us a bottle of water they don't care about u all they the sale men want is to make a car sale so plz be careful cause they really do talk a good game but not with me.

Bought a vehicle there a few years back. There was a squeak in one of the belts that was in need of being replaced. They never replaced it, they continuously lied. That dealership will give you nightmeres about the vehicle buying experience. Stay far, far away from them!!!!

Saved my bacon. I stripped the oil pan threads and they only needed to replace the plug with an oversized plug. Service was quick and honest

OW what a total waste of time. DON'T waste yours!! Trying to find a first car for my son. Went in to HOPKINS sat morning and so begain the solidification of the bad reputation car salesman have. If yor are a car salesman you can blame donnie at hopkins for all of the bad press car salesman get. I understand deals can or cannot be made but the way we were treated was ridiculous. From the lack of knowledge regarding their own inventory to the total lack of respect and from this dealership has left me and my son with a total lack of desire to ever deal with a car salesman again. Won't go into all of the gorey details of the day as too many to list. I will warn all: DO NOT SET FOOT ON HOPKINS LOT. RIDE BY. KEEP GOING. THIS OPERATION IS SHADY AND DANGEROUS. DON'T TAKE THE CHANCETO FIND OUT YOURSELF. YOU WILL BE VERY VERY SORRY.

Horrible service, and rude service people

I bought a 2000 Dodge Stratus from there and it was the biggest piece of junk I have ever owned.Look at their website and see it's back on there I owned it and had to turn it back in the ball joints were shot and the transmission is about to go! If you look it's the one with over 200,000 approx miles on it!!!!This is the third time they have tried to sell this car!!
