Jack is the owner of the company. In addition to having a Masters degree in Physics and having spent 11 years in the Aerospace industry working at NASA on the lunar landing program, he has over 30 years experience in the construction and housing industry. Jack has been a contract building inspector for the cities of Kemah, Clear Lake Shores, Taylor Lake Village and El Lago. He is certified by the International Code Council (ICC) as a building inspector as well as an electrical, plumbing and HVAC inspector. He is also a licensed and certified Texas Real Estate Inspector. Jacks knowledge of the codes in all aspects of the industry far exceeds that of most contractors who rely on the trades for their experience.
