Brought my damaged 2016 Santa Fe in for and estimate and Tom clearly explained what he would do for my vehicle and gave me what I thought was a more than fair price. I left my vehicle at his shop on a Wednesday, then I left for vacation and then I returned to the shop the following Wednesday and found my car beautifully repaired. No one looking at my vehicle could ever know that it had been damaged. In short I found the service here to be honest, timely, professional and honest. I highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend Universal Body Shop. They did an excellent job repairing rust on my 2008 mazda 3. They are honest and didn't keep my car longer than needed. They also explained everything they did. I would definitely use them again.

02/19/2010 Looks Better Than New!!! Tom at Universal Body Shop transformed by rusting out 8 year old Town and Country minivan to a vehicle my husband will use again. Paint was bubbling on the hood, there was a hole rotted in the rear gate, and several other rusty problems. Tom was very reasonably priced, quick (took 3 days), considerate of my schedule, and the van looks better than new. Fair, honest, and quality work. Highly recommended by Rick and Kathy.

The moment I spoke to Tom, I knew that he would be doing a great job on my Chevy Cobalt which had scratches on the passenger door. They took only 3 days and did an impeccable job. My car looks beautiful, thanks to Tom and the wonderful Universal body shop!
