They sold me an expensive heater unit around 4 years ago that they promised would save me a lot of money. I tried several times to reach him ,.once even reaching his his wife w her saying he'd call ---no return call. It keeps breaking down every year a few times. The problem is there are hardly any plumbers who work on the type he sold me..
