Don't use them!! Needed a part for the furnace. It took 4 1/2 hours for their part runner to go from Scranton to Pittston to Clarks Summit. The whole time the technician sat in his truck and they charged me $75.00 an hour in labor for their guy to sit. When I asked for an adjustment they told me tough, pay the bill. Next time I had the furnace cleaned it took 1 1/2 hours including cleaning the AC unit. Arrogant and condescending...wouldn't use them again even if my furnace was about to blow up...I'd let it blow.
