I never try to get more money out of customers unless it is above and beyond what is written on contract! Even then I sometimes just eat the cost if it's not a huge expense ! But if its numerous extras ! Of course I have to charge more ! Have to pay workers ! Where is this property i worked on and is to much !

Owner lobbied heavily for our job, but clearly bit off more than he could chew. Lies & blames his short comings on everyone else including his client! Was never seen taking notes or writing anything down, but rarely takes the blame when something is forgotten or done incorrectly. His crew electrician needs to be supervised CLOSELY (he's slow & leaves things undone). Tried to swindle more money out of us! I'd write more, but do not want to be held liable.

I had a very old roof and few leaks. I called to J.C.S. Building & Remodeling. John explained me the whole process, gave me a good warranty and a fair price. This company is not only worthy of your business, the owner is unbelievable. He keeps in constant contact with his customers, he is easy to talk too, he is also present on the job watching every move his men make. He made sure everything was clean before he left and was very professional. I truly recommend this company. I found five roofers , John Krucar was by far the best. If you need somebody to replace your roof please give him a call, you will be extremely pleased at the end of the day.
