This place has some great prices! I've bought many pieces at EFO in the past few years but lately they changed to outlet prices. I like this even better! I just bought a sectional for $699.00 in our romp room! On another time, after the delivery guys left, I found that the recliner chair was tilted when we sat in it. I called the store and they connected me to the service dept. The guy came out in 2 days to check it and he fixed something under the chair. It was perfect and we never had a problem since. I thought they'd have to bring a new one but this guy knew his stuff! And he was very nice too. Everyone at the store is nice. I like the new "outlet" price tags cause I can read all the information and their best price is printed there so I could browse myself. They are not pushy but would check if we had questions. I always loved everything I got there. I would recommend to anyone looking for nice stuff at a really good price.

EFO was the only place I went to that wasn't high pressure and they let me shop by myself at my own pace. No pushy salesmen which was nice. I purchased my bedroom and a mattress from Ralph who made sure I got it delivered when I needed it. Delivery was excellent. A great place to shop.

My dream living room set was delivered today! Lori really took care of me at the store. She was very patient and took a lot of time to go over the different fabrics that I could select. No pressure which was a welcome after being at one of their competitors! I was also happy with the delivery. The men were careful in bringing the furniture into my home and even cleaned up after themselves. Would definately go back to this store.

It's a gorgeous store and our salesperson Dale was very helpful. When we got our furniture, they even vacumed up after themselves. I really was impressed with that too!

Lots of furniture that was reasonably priced. Got a great deal on a clearance living room. They delivered and it looks wonderful. Everything from the salesperson to the delivery was a pleasant experience.
