Without my laptop for 3 months now. He told me that he should be able to get it done for me the week I dropped it off. Parts needed to be ordered, but his lack of communication is what is really upsetting! I have head a series of excuses and promises that he "would get to it by the weekend" And that is only when I actually got him on the phone. I think he may have called me once with an update a few months ago. Ugh, so frustrating!

Had my laptop for six months without fixing it, just lots of excuses. Another company fixed it and not only was the problem completely different than what CSR thought it was, turns out there were 2 missing pieces from my laptop CSR did not return to me. Lowest recommendations!

Great Service! Fixed my dead notebook in one day... and they didn't charge me an arm 'n' leg... These guys provide component level repair and not just swap out boards.
