I recently moved and needed a new internet provider. I researched and at the time thought T-one was my only option. I went to their website to check if they service my out of the way area, they do. When I went into the shop to arrange installation the woman behind the counter was absolutely rude. As I entered she looked at me like I was going to rob her. She rudely asked how she could help me and when I told her, cheerily, that I wanted to set up new service she didn't even smile. She said, "Uhh, are you sure you can even get service?" I told her my family that lives not even a hundred yards away receives service from them. She laughed and said, "Well, that doesn't always matter." She started throwing papers around her desk while telling me what they would have to do before installing anything. She told me there would be a 150 installation fee, saying this as if I could never afford their rude inconsiderate service. Three weeks later no one has come to test my signal nor called me back
