They will also send terrible maintance men to "fix" any problems. And when you do finally get ahold of management they yell at you because the problem wasn't fixed. On move out you are expected to have it move in ready for the next people even though when you move in there will be ruined carpets that haven't been replaced in years. Want you deposit back hahahaha not here unless you want to fight for it. If you do get it back it will take months for them to give it to you even thought they make over $11,000 a month for just the apartments with basements. So with all the apartments here they bring in over $22,000 a month. In 4 years we paid over $40,000 to live here. We could have bought a house for that! Also get ready to shovel the snow yourself even though snow removal is "included".
