Dr. Jacob Ossoff is a native of Illinois and split his early years between Chicago and Nashville. He completed Medical School at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. He completed a five-year residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. Dr. Ossoff is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.
