I am one of Dr. Karas' many challenges. It is obvious she is motivated by her passion to help each person individually. Clearly not a factory mentallity but, a heart for people and the physical struggles we face. I have been to several physical therapists throughout the years, none that have helped me nor had the rare combination of expertiece and emotion connection that Dr. Karas exudes. I have learned not to question her direction on returning to a stronger healthier me, there truly is a method to her madness. Where there was a time I thought how can this help me, today I am proof positives that her methods do work. She has developed a treatment around my personal physical needs. I have compete confidence that I will regain so much of what I have lost due to my physical limitations. Tracy Karas has treated me off and on over the past 5 years for recurring sciatica issues, and most recently for chronic pain caused by two bulging discs between vertebrae in my neck. Tracy Karas is professional and capable and keeps me motivated to do the quick, simple, yet effective, exercise program that she designed specifically to alleviate my pain and rehabilitate me. She has always been diligent with pursuing treatment options available to me. At one point she personally got in touch with my general practitioner and my insurance carriers and ordered a Tens unit for me to use to help with muscle spasms I was experiencing. The unit was delivered to my house - all without my having to lift a finger!



From my experience THIS physical therapist will everything within her power to help her patients get well. I would recommend her to anyone I know without reservation.
