The Little Gym International is a fitness center that offers a range of exercise and wellness programs. Its membership features health risk appraisal, blood pressure reading and heart rate evaluation, body circumference and composition measurements, strength and flexibility analysis, personally-designed workout plan and equipment orientation. The center maintains a large inventory of exercise equipment, including treadmills, elliptical cross trainers, and recumbent and stationary bikes. It offers sessions of aerobics, body toning, martial arts, yoga, Pilates and group cycling. The Little Gym International additionally provides child care, nutritional consultation, educational classes, and group and personal training.
