Great Customer Service I have been using Roadrunner Limousine car service for several years now. They have always been on time and there drivers are wonderful. I resently flew in from back east an our plane was delayed because of weather. Even though I arrived after 2:00 am in the morning, our driver was there waiting for me when I arrived. Mar 5, 2010 Reliable and Friendly Service I have had some very bad experiences with car services before with drivers getting lost and either being late or not showing up at all. When I contacted Roadrunner Limousine I was reassured the driver would know exactly how to get to my place ahead of time and they would be on time. When the driver showed up they were actually 10-15 minutes early. This eased my worry of having to make a rushed drive to the airport myself. I was extremely impressed with their punctuality and professionalism. The driver also had a friendly personality, which made the ride that much more comfortable.
