I would never recommend this company for any repairs. I was told that the service call would be $55.00, and if I had the machine fixed by them the service call would not be charged. The repairman spent a total of 30 minutes taking a dryer sheet out of the motor, no other repairs were necessary. He then told me it would be $110.00 for the repairs, I said I thought the $55.00 would not be charged, and he said he had to charge it. He finally did give me the 10% for making the appointment online, so I ended up paying him $99.00. When I said I would not pay the $110.00 he said he would take my dryer apart, put the dryer sheet back in the fan, and I would have to take it apart and fix it myself. I paid him the $99.00 and threw him out of my house. Very poor service!!!!!!! Lied on the phone!!!!!
