I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with Living Spaces! And this last time was no different I was pleasantly greeted when I first walked in and told them I was returning a piece I had just received but wanted to look around and see if they had something else that I might like to exchange it for. As I started towards the area I wanted to look at I ran into one of the employees named Krissy B. who ended up being the brightest part of my day. She was so wonderful and pleasant to deal with, I honestly felt like I was talking to an old friend. She had some wonderful ideas after I showed her some photos of what I was working with, and I went with one of her ideas and I couldn’t be happier! I absolutely love Living Spaces. It is very obvious to me that it is night and day from Ashley. You can’t even compare the two, really. At the least my transactions have always been so easy and effortless at living spaces and that consistency is very important to me. You can tell that the employees absolutely love their job at living spaces, I’ve been in enough to know that the turnover there is very low because employees who work there stay there! And when all the employees work so seamless and wonderful together, it creates an amazing environment for the customer - you feel it as soon as you walk in the door! Thank you so much Kris, for making my visit at living spaces successful and once again, so enjoyable! You really made a big difference in my experience and in my day!

Purchased a ton of new items for my new home. Went in at 10am placed my order at 3:00 and was able to get it all delivered the same night 6-midnight. And the best thing about it was I got free delivery because I purchased a mattress. Will definitely continue to shop here.

By far THE WORST SERVICE WE HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!! We got talked into ordering an even more expensive couch than we were planning on spending but it was fine because it was a beautiful couch.

The sales lady tells us that the couch is back ordered but should only take 2 weeks to get it but just Incase she has to warn us that it may take 4 weeks. We are past 4 weeks of us ordering this couch and we’ve had to call every day to see when it’s getting delivered as we have nothing in the living room.

We finally here today that this couch is no longer being made and sent to Living Spaces. WOW! How ironic! They call to apologize and ask us to pick another couch. No discount. No customer service, nothing! My mind was blown at how little they cared about this.

We then receive a voicemail from a “manager” who sounded like she was reading off of a sales script that they located a couch in a different state and we’d have to wait another 3 weeks and to call back if we have any questions.

I’ve heard horror stories about this place but still went. WE WILL NEVER STEP FOOT BACK INSIDE OF THIS PLACE as it’s the worst service we’ve ever had when spending $3000 on something in our lives. Shame on them! Don’t waste your money here because they lie, stretch the truth and then do nothing to compensate for them not fulfilling their word!

Staff was great. Helpful without being pushy and made the purchase process super simple. Happy to have done business with them.
