General Info

I am a compassionate and professional advocate for each individual's needs and have a gentle, empathic, goal-oriented approach to counseling. I provide a safe, encouraging, and respectful environment in which individuals may comfortably achieve their therapeutic goals, some of which may include gaining new insights, understanding, and practical skills for maintaining mental and emotional wellness. Therapy is collaborative and my sessions are tailored to best fit the needs and desires of each person. I have strong clinical skills; prefer an eclectic therapeutic approach and have experience with conducting therapy for a wide spectrum of general, psychological patterns.
