If there were an option for 0 stars, this place wouldn't even deserve that! We had a similar experience as the first review when we tried to use our Groupon on a Saturday morning. First of all,new were told that Groupons are not accepted for any of their omelletes, any of their burritos, or any of their huevos rancheros. We were the only customers at the time, but it took forever for our waitress to acknowledge us. My waffle was burnt, and only after complaining for another one, it took 20 minutes to get. Upon paying, we were charged 18% for gratuity that they claim to be posted. We walked over to the door, and that particular sign was covered up. "Too bad so sad" we were told, that is managements policy. We should have walked out, but the instantaneous diarrhea that all four of us got prevented us from leaving immediately. NEVER EAT HERE!!!!!

I got a groupon for them a while back and went here this morning with my fiance. even though it was a saturday morning, they weren't super busy. it took 45 minutes to get our food. what do they have, ONE chef?!? my fiance's omelette was runny and the home fries were flavorless. one piece of toast was too toasted, the other piece was still bread and looked like it had been manhandled. my food (spinach avocado omelette & pancakes) was decent. definitely not worth $10, but not awful. our waitress never came by to see how everything was going or if we needed anything. never.



so we finally get our check and owed an additional $3 or $5, which we paid for with a $20. our change was $10.50. so we go up and ask why we were short-changed and she said management charges 18% gratuity on all groupons. we asked why we weren't told this. you can't just tip yourself! she said the sign is on the door. we looked for the sign and it was completely impossible to see. the door was propped open, making the sign visible from inside the restaurant, only problem is that there were two other signs taped up on the window, blocking the view of the 18% sign. i looked her dead in the eye and said "you're only getting a tip because of your BS management rule. you are the worst waitress i've ever had. you don't deserve any tip."



there are only about 12 tables in the whole place. at least 8 tables still had food and dishes left over from previous customers. not a single busser in the whole place. there was food on the floor and people coming in could hardly find a clean table. how disgusting!!



i've had better experiences at denny's at 3am. you'll be better off getting coffee and breakfast at circle k. please spread the word.
