At Hazelwood Manor, we're dedicated to providing quality assistance and comforts of home in a safe and secure environment by offering a high caregiver-to-resident ratio. Our staff is made up of trained and licensed English speaking caregivers per Arizona Department of Health Services. We maintain an on-site and staffed Licensed Nurse Manager. Our retirement community offers the comforts of home with simple maintenance-free living. With over 3,000 sq ft we are a licensed 10 resident care home with 10 private bedrooms and 4 baths, providing a safe and secure environment for your loved one.
