I had a very unhappy experience with this company. I had a custom stocking made and on the second day of wear, I put 2 holes in the stocking while putting it on. I received no help at all from Hanger, in fact the office staff was quite rude and told me that there was nothing that they would do about it. I went to see my therapist, Andrea Brennan @ Virginia G. Piper Cancer Center with the intent of buying a ready made stocking until I could have another one made. With the help of Connie Koenig, RFOM she spoke with her Juzo representative and not only had another one made for me free of charge, but also had 2 more made for me and sold them to me at the "pair" price which was cheaper than the single price. Unfortunately, my insurance will not pay for compression stockings at the Piper Center, only Hanger Prosthetics. I also found out that Hanger didn't even order the correct compression and that is why I put my finger through it. I needed a 30/40 and it was only 15. Rip-Off!!
