George is a great host, and a real wine buff,. One word of warning - order the right beer and you have a friend for life, order the wrong beer (american!) and wait for it... the food is some of the best we have tasted and we have travelled extensively, George and his family have this completely right. Good Value for money and they will make any changes to the dishes with no fuss. We cannot speak highly enough of this fabulous restaurant!
