I take a patient-centered approach to care, using the latest evidence to work with my patients to formulate a treatment plan that aligns with their goals. Whether we are treating an acute injury or managing a chronic disease such as diabetes, I believe patients should be heard and have an active role in their healthcare. Patients should come away from a visit feeling confident that they are receiving the highest level of care possible, based on the best medical evidence.
