We were very satisfied with the level of customer service we received. Our unit was installed 3 years ago by another company. When it stopped working, they said the warranty was only covering the part and we had to pay $700 for the labor. We called desert comfort for a second opinion and they said not to worry about a thing, and that everything was covered. We paid them a service call and that is it. They were very honest and after being deceived by the previous contractor, would not trust anyone else on my unit. Your technician did an excellent job and we will recommend you to everyone we know. Called around 4.30 and they still were able to make a same day appointment. The tech was great and got my heat pump all fixed up. The bill was very reasonable. I will use them again. Very honest and reliable.

They came out to give me a second opinion. The company that was here before them told me that I need a new compressor for $2000 and they were very pushy to sell me a new unit. I called desert comfort and their technician was out 30 minutes later. He was very nice and had a lot of information. He found a defective part, replaced it and my bill was around $300. Much better than a new unit or even $2000. By the way, my ac is still working today... Lots of integrity and hoinesty. I will recommend them to all my friends.

This company did a great job. They came when they said they would come, the tech was very proffesional. He even asked me if I wanted to come with him so he could show me what he was doing to our unit. He explained everything step by step. Did not recommend any unnecessary parts...
