We have lived here in Arizona for over 30 years, and we have two lovely daughters. Charles has been involved in the roofing industry for 25 years, having worked his way up from an installer to owner. We know what it's like to work on the roof every day, so we appreciate and value our employees. We pay above average wages and provide a good working environment for our employees. By doing this we have employees that enjoy working for us and in return our customers get better service. We are licensed by the Arizona State Registrar of Contractors. We carry liability and workmen's compensation insurance. We provide our customers with copies of our certificates as proof for your protection. There are a lot of unlicensed and uninsured contractors in the state of Arizona. Homeowners must protect themselves by demanding proof of a contractor's license and most importantly, their proof of insurance. Workmen's compensation and liability insurance is expense in Arizona. Contractors can cut a lot of cost by not paying for these. Community involvement is very important us both, we are well rooted within our community both state and church.
