SHE understands that we each have OUR OWN definition of optimal health and SHE believes in the potential of each individual to achieve that goal. SHE respects that ONE thing will NOT work for every person. SO together with HER patients. SHE creates an individual treatment plan that encompasses the physical. Mental. Emotional. And spiritual needs of each person.

My experiences have been wonderful at Creative Healing Solutions. I feel cared for and believe that I am receiving the best of all possible medical treatment.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Strand, because I feel better than I have in years.
Dr. Strand took the time to do a full assessment of the issues I was having and was able to take a holistic approach. She was able to see a link between multiple symptoms that other doctors weren't able to put together. It has only been a little while but things are already getting better.
Thanks to Dr. Strand I haven't been sick in over 3 years! I know that she will run the right tests and allow me to have some input over my general care.
I had been struggling with difficulty sleeping, irregular bowel movements and not not able to loose a few pounds. Dr. Strand was diligent with recommendations and test come to find out had had numerous food allergies. I love walking into the office where everyone is so friendly and eager to help. They truly care about you, the whole person.
Dr. Strand helped me loose 30 pounds. I'm very grateful for her and all of her staff. Everyone is so friendly and open and welcoming. She worked with me on a payment plan and truly helped me continue my road to a healthier lifestyle.
I haven't been in a while, but I can say the following for every experience. The staff is very welcoming and warm. I have never felt rushed by anyone, including Dr. Roxie. It is a warm and genuinely caring place.
I enjoy that this office is filled with very friendly staff. They strive to help in all ways, from making appointments to calling with lab results. It's a comfortable office.
My experience has been amazing thus far. Dr. Strand is very comfortable to talk to and she really takes the time to listen to your symptoms, daily habits, etc. to devise a plan that is appropriate and realistic.
