Founder, Co-owner, CEO, Colleen Kupka R.N. was trained in the U.S. and Canada in advanced medical aesthetics including PRP Vampire treatments, Botox, dermal fillers and hormonal imbalance, IV Infusion. She has more than 20 years of nursing experience in the field of cardiovascular, peripheral vascular disease, IV Infusion Therapy & Education, type-2 diabetes and women’s health. Colleen believes that skin care is more than correcting wrinkles; true harmony is about integrating medical aesthetics, nutrition and holistic health into her practice to provide the best results for each client. By nourishing ourselves with real food, our minds are sharp, bodies are strong and vibrant, and skin and eyes have an amazing glow. In addition,Colleen is passionate in her believes that diet can help to reverse certain chronic conditions, such as type-2 diabetes and help reduce the risk of certain types of cancer and cardiovascular illness. Conversely, by feeding ourselves dangerous additives, preservatives and inflammatory foods, we will feel the opposite—exhausted and foggy-minded. The standard American diet (SAD) promotes inflammation which accelerates the aging process, producing wrinkled and leathered skin. She has attended the multiple culinary programs that are focused in plant-based cuisine, and is certified Culinary Chef and plant-based science advanced educator. She has also trained as a certified holistic health coach, and her R.N. experience allows her to understand multiple medical conditions. Colleen is a member of several professional societies, including A4M, IAPAM, PCRM and the Plantation Project.

colleen work's her magic on my face

i have adult cystic acne, within one day of treatment, my face is cleared. colleen does an awesome job with nutrition coaching, and knows how to clear my face with peels and other treatments
