I was recently in your store to purchase cig.s. I go there about once a month because it is not convenient as I live in Queen Creek and don't drive. I get enough cartons to last thru- out the month. On this particular day you only had 2 cartons of my brand out on the shelves. When I asked about getting more from behind the register as I could plainly see I was told they couldn't sale those to me. I asked if I could get loose packs equivalent to a carton again I was told no. It is my understanding that when your stocked inventory isn't ample for your sales instead of saling out you limit purchases. In my opinion this is not good business, why not sale out and adjust your ordering to better reflect your sales. You would sale more and avoid upsetting a loyal customer.

as of 9-25-06 this chevron can not sell fuel. all the pumps have been pulled, hopefully upgrading dated equipment. i do not know how long the process has been going on, nor could i hazard a guess as to completion date. as soon as possible undoubtedly, that being their core business!
