Lousy, did not complete an alignment job on my Honda. Told me the rear tie rods? Actually they are called radius rods were frozen from cold weather (northeast). Did not give me a quote on this repair merely let me walk out of the shop with half of the alignment done, only the front wheels. Later, I called to ask for an explanation on why this could not be completed and the individual on the phone said we will charge you for an additional alignment as well as the labor and cost to repair radius rods and proceeded to hang up the phone. I had to yell to keep the individual on the phone. Very unprofessional!.............UB-Scottsdale
