In 2008 ordered aprox 90 sq ft of quartz counter tops, when arrived the sink faucet holes were incorrect. I should have had it corrected, but it would be another 6 weeks. Jim said he would make it right. He signed a piece of paper with his phone number on it. I stopped in the store later-left my business card. Still waiting. So good luck- hopefully he will get yours right the first time. If not have him return it immediately.
