Asap Alliance installed two shower valves, set a bath tub and a gas line for me. They installed one of the valves backwards causing more cold water to mix then hot. It took eleven days for them to come back and fix it. I called Andrew four times unanswered and he made a appointment with me and flaked. When the water was turned on in the tub, it ran down the wall causing $2500 worth of damage on a new hardwood floor that was on the first floor under the bathroom. The P trap under the bathtub was not properly tighten and his glue failed. Andrew was shown the damage and agreed to pay. After a month of waiting, he never sent a check to cover the damage. I then had to go after his contractors bond. Now he is lying to the bond claims agent saying he is not at fault.
