This urgent care is no longer owned by Dr. Schaller. The new ownership is providing expediant service without compromising quality .The new providers Dr. Rodriguez , Judy NP-C and Tina APN are thorough, intelligent, and very caring . The wait time is minimal and the staff is warm and friendly . I was treated very well and was in and out in about 1 HR.

Should be renamed Completely Don't Care Med Center. After 3 years of suboxone treatment + a new addiction to xanax (yeah great combo to be prescribed) I could not continue to afford the $150 a month for visits plus the cost of medications. I told them several times, they said they would help figure something out. When I couldn't afford my next monthly visit they completely ignored me, would put me on hold, hang up, give the run around, etc.. I'm now sick as a dog because they refused to offer any help after spending about $4K at this place out of pocket. I feel suicidal often, everyday I wake up I want to kill myself.. and it's funny because 3 years of being a patient and getting calls from them asking how I was health wise, 0 calls since not returning. I could be dead, they obviously wouldn't care. If I kill myself, I blame them.. so sad they can't call their loyal patients, let a lone call back, just to see how they are doing.. Stay away from this pill mill.

After under going total knee replacement I went to a rehab facility in scotch plains for 3 months. My knee not only did not improve but got worse. I then switched yo Complete Care and started getting excellent rehab and seeing improvement in the first week. I truly believe they saved my knee and would recommend them for any rehab necessary. Bathe staff is knowledgable, professional and caring. All around a great experience
