Founded in 1996, Republic Beverage Company is one of the largest distributors of wine and spirits in the United States. The company is a combination of the Goldring and Block families' beverage distributorships. Republic Beverage Company has locations throughout the United States, including Arizona, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas. The company has expanded through partnerships with the Naifeh family, Hertz and United Distillers. It also has acquired a 50 percent stake in Alliance Wine and Spirits. Republic Beverage Company has more than 3,000 employees throughout the United States. Its suppliers include Forty Creek Whisky, Foster s Wine Estate Americas, Four Graces, Francis Ford Coppola Winery, Frangelico and Frog s Leap Winery.
