The Schenectady County Highway Maintenance & Construction is a division of the Schenectady County Department of Engineering. The division is involved in capital construction operations, including highway contract bidding, contract inspection, design and operations related activities, surveying and project development. It also provides safety and maintenance services for existing roads and bridges, as well as enhances roadway capacity of the county. The division additionally offers construction inspection, bonding and funding services.
