Iam a resident of Rotterdam and is disgusted with the parking for center street is always blocked when entering from Altamont ave in morning and night they need to not block street access the center should not have more clients than available parking Employees walk children and smoking is permitted outside building on ajoing street they should have a smoking area maybe the smoking is offensive to people walking by also the street is public also.
