Manager Patrick did an amazing job packing and shipping my antique spinning wheel. His customer service was impeccable, and he was extremely thorough answering all of my questions. He was considerate of my time and budget, and clearly respects the importance of the items he ships. The wheel required a custom box, and when the job was finished I was able to pay the total over the phone and received my receipts via e-mail within 10 minutes. Highly recommended and will definitely use again!
