If you need routine maintenance done to your home for a cheap price, this is a good place to go. If you have anything major that needs to be done, you get what you pay for, which is not much. We had a major wasp issue in our home and tried calling them for days to come out and help. When they finally did come out, the guy was obviously clueless and punched 2 small holes, sprayed a little bit and then left. It turned out we had 2 big wasp nests and had to have a "professional" team come in and get rid of the bees. Then they had the audacity to collect the money, we left them a message that it was unfair. 3 WEEKS LATER, they decided to return the phone call and threaten to take us to court. I would not recommend this company to anyone with a serious problem.

Have used Mohawk Valley Pest for years. We are on their Home Protection Plan and they come like 4 times a year to service our house, they never charge for any troubles I might have between the regular services which was only once( we had a yellow jacket nest in a wall) other than that we have had no other issues since we started using them. I get the same service tech every time so I dont have to show someone new the routine. Over all well pleased with this company
