I am very disappointed with Harmony Tree Service. I needed some tree work done in my back yard and they came highly recommended to me. I called them in September of 2016 to come over to my house and give me an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable. I then called to set up an appointment to have the work done. I made the appointment, but they never showed up. I made another appointment and once again they never showed up. Every time I would call them, it went into voice mail. No matter how many times I called, there was no one there to answer the phone. Finally one day they answered the phone. I asked them why they won't come out to my house and trim my tree. The impression was that they only do small jobs when they don't have any big expensive jobs to do. Very disappointing. After coming to my home and giving me a written estimate, they should honor that estimate no matter small the job is. Now it is March 2017 and the winter is over and the snow has melted. There is no excuse for treating a customer in the way I was treated just because my job was a small one. I would never recommend them to anyone because of their terrible customer service.

I highly recommend Harmony Tree Service because they were very professional, thorough, and very organized. They removed two very large trees in my front yard along with the tree stumps and trimmed a tree in my back yard. They were very careful and left my yard looking better than before they arrived. I would hire them again!
