Established in 1854, Congregation Gates of Heaven is a religious institution, preaching and propagating Judaism across the United States. Based in Schenectady, N.Y., it provides various Jews centered programs. The synagogue provides various programs and events that include brotherhood, food festivals, concerts, sisterhood, chavurot and mitzvah day, to name a few. Its congregational family provides worship, education, social activity and the performance of mitzvot. Congregation Gates of Heaven is a member of the Union for Reform Judaism.
