I give them 1 star but just because I cannot give them 0. First they took a couple of days to give me a call back and then they didn't even show up for the appointment. Very unprofessional! I will never work with them or recommend them to anybody.

Apple Home Improvements recently replaced my existing roof. From my first call to their offices they were consistently professional, courteous and responsive. Both Lynn (owner) and Barry (roofing tech/sales rep) listened to my concerns, provided information and options, came when scheduled; and, because of the nature of the issues with my roof, scheduled the replacement as soon as feasible. (Within a month of my first call, I had a new roof in place.) No short cuts were taken; they addressed each of my concerns; and, their pricing was appropriate. I can highly recommend their services.

For the price they charged, the work should have been much better quality. It was sloppy and unfinished. They were dishonest about the work that was to be done and refused to finish without extra charges. Several people who have seen the work agree that it was done very poorly. Would advise to not work with this company.

I've been doing business with Apple for nearly 20 years. They have been exceptionally responsive when I've called with a request for a quick repair. The work is done professionally and always at a reasonable price. They stand behind the work they do and leave you with a feeling that you made a good choice in selecting them for the job.

Apple is an outstanding 5 star company. Knowledgeable, responsive, courteous, and experienced. They are committed to their customers long term satisfaction...a rare find. Recommended to me fifteen years ago; I remain loyal because they continue to exceed my expectations.

We are more likely to see images of unscrupulous Contractors/Home repair Individuals who make a misery of Homeowners' lives; we are less likely to highlight the honorable ones so I would like to tell you about one of the good guys. Lynn Munger and the Apple crew recently replaced the roof on our house. The professionalism, thoroughness, timeliness and general decorum of the workers were par excellent. We were updated on the process from start to finish, our questions were answered satisfactorily and the mess was cleaned up and hauled away. Just as important as the aforementioned qualities was the price......we got a good deal and YES we did compare with other companies. I highly recommend Lynn and his team,

We are very pleased with the quality of our new roof, siding and windows. From start to finish every one was very helpful and professional. The response time was excellent and we really appreciated how fast the job was carried out. Clean up was like they were never there. We will definitely recommend Apple Home Improvements to others and use them for future projects.
